We’re implementing Zane essential banking services you need, including a debit card that is automatically refilled daily with the pre-planned budgeting amount, multiple accounts (including joint accounts and kid’s accounts for your 12+ year-old children), online and offline payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), funds transfer, automatic bill payment, and access to 36,000 ATMs. In addition, you get fully automated and personalized recommendations created specifically for you and your personal needs, as well as reminders and notifications to precisely manage your money, avoid late payment fees, and ultimately save an extra few hundred dollars monthly.

Our product ensures full user anonymity, with users represented by letter-digital IDs, so no personal information is shared. We comply with PII, GDPR, and California Law regulations and have passed TPRM to secure a banking license. Data is encrypted using AES-256 and protected per ISO 27001 and SOC-2 standards, with transmission via HTTPS and TLS security. No user data is shared with vendors, and we only work with licensed third-party providers. Importantly, we don’t access or store any personal data – only users can manage their information.

Banks offer advanced services and collaborate with FinTech companies to boost client loyalty for faster, cost-effective data aggregation and enrichment. These third-party providers undergo strict Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to comply with banking and government regulations. Banks allow clients to view their accounts, cards, and transactions in one place through dedicated API services. FinTech providers, such as MX, Marqeta, Bud, and dozens of others, act as conduits for data access without storing it.

We don’t access users’ data. Instead, we provide tools for users to connect to their bank accounts. The data is then anonymized, enriched, and aggregated on our servers for analysis and predictive modeling. Our fully automated system forecasts user needs, creating hyper-personalized budgets, meal plans, and grocery lists without identifying individuals. All updates users make to these recommendations are also anonymized.

There are seven data protection and encryption levels on our end and Google’s end (we use Google Cloud Platform), in addition to the data anonymization. Thus, the data won’t be readable if a breach happens due to the end-to-end encryption. If, for some reason, the data is decrypted on our end, Zane is accountable for that; if it happens on Google’s side, it’s Google’s responsibility.

We cannot sell users’ personal data because we don’t possess it – all data is fully anonymized. We may offer analytical reports, market trends, and demand forecasting in the future, but these will be based on aggregated, anonymized data. No personally identifiable information will ever be sold or shared.
